Welcome to JamStone. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and in-store offerings. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Eligibility

By using JamStone’s services, you confirm that you are:

  • Legally capable of entering a binding agreement

  • Providing accurate, up-to-date information

2. Services Provided

JamStone acts as an authorized retailer for AT&T, providing:

  • New wireless activations and upgrades

  • Device trade-ins and accessories

  • Service plan consultations

  • Account management assistance

  • Technical support for eligible devices

All wireless services are subject to AT&T’s Terms of Service, which are separate from JamStones.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use services only for lawful purposes

  • Not engage in fraudulent activities, misuse, or abuse of services

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and device access

  • Provide accurate and honest personal information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for any misuse, abuse, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for devices, accessories, and services are clearly marked and may be subject to tax, carrier fees, or promotions. All payments must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for third-party billing errors or network surcharges by AT&T or other providers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns of physical devices or accessories are subject to the return policy outlined at the time of purchase. Service plans, activations, and setup fees may not be refundable once initiated unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, logos, branding, images) is owned or licensed by JamStone and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

JamStone is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data, device damage, or personal injury caused by third-party networks or products

  • Service interruptions, delays, or failures outside our control

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies agreement with any changes made.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Pinellas County.
